Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to upgrade to PriceAtlas Pro. We strive to provide a seamless and premium experience for tracking your gaming deals. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. App Store Purchases (Android/iOS)

If you purchased the PriceAtlas Pro upgrade via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, your payment is processed and managed directly by those respective platforms. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for these transactions. You must request a refund directly through your Google Play Account or Apple ID settings, subject to their respective refund policies.

2. Direct Purchases (Windows App / Website)

For purchases made directly through our Windows application or website using our direct payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Polar, NOWPayments), we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

• If you are unsatisfied with the Pro features, you may request a full refund within exactly 7 days of your original transaction timestamp.
• To initiate a refund, please email us at admin@priceatlasgames.com with your registered email address and the transaction receipt/order ID.
• Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Cancellations

PriceAtlas Pro is currently sold as a one-time lifetime unlock rather than a recurring subscription. Therefore, there are no ongoing subscriptions to cancel. Once a refund is processed, your account will be immediately downgraded back to the Free tier.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of the policy, such as purchasing the app, syncing a massive database, and immediately requesting a refund to bypass the Free tier limits, or if your account is banned for violating our Terms of Service.
