By downloading or using PriceAtlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

PriceAtlas is a utility application designed to aggregate public pricing data, wishlists, and deals for digital video games. We do not sell games directly; we simply track prices across various third-party storefronts.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

PriceAtlas is an unofficial, independent application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Valve Corporation (Steam), Epic Games, Electronic Arts (EA), Ubisoft, Microsoft, Sony, IsThereAnyDeal (ITAD), or any other digital storefront or game publisher.

All game titles, cover art, promotional images, logos, and related materials are the exclusive property, copyright, and trademarks of their respective owners. The display of these materials within PriceAtlas is strictly for informational and identification purposes (Fair Use) to allow users to track digital deals.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases (Premium/Pro)

PriceAtlas offers an optional Premium/Pro tier that unlocks advanced features within the app. By purchasing a subscription or one-time upgrade:

Billing: Transactions are securely processed either by the platform from which you downloaded the app (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) or directly via our integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Polar).
Refunds: For purchases made directly through our application or website, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Purchases made via external app stores are subject to their respective refund policies.

4. Service Availability and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, real-time pricing data. However, because PriceAtlas aggregates data from external sources and APIs, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price, deal, or discount shown in the app. Prices can change rapidly, and the final price is always determined by the storefront at the time of checkout. We are not liable for missed deals or pricing errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or API endpoints of PriceAtlas. You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overwhelm our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceAtlas and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
